(WOBURN, MA) JULY 30 – An attorney for the Massachusetts State Medical Examiner says the doctor reviewing autopsy findings that two years ago lead to the murder indictment of Cavan woman, needs two to four weeks before the report is ready. Jacqueline Flaherty also telling Middlesex Superior Court Judge Maureen Hogan, the court doctor writing the review wants the Executive of her State Agency to examine the report before it is presented to the court.
